THE TEN SERIES
Structural Integration (SI) is a Holistic form of bodywork practitioned with a 10-Session 'Recipe' created by Ida P. Rolf. Structural Integrators believe and experience the body as malleable. We manipulate fascia as a means to nourish and support the constant tensegrity within the structure, and further within the constant force of gravity. As a body moves towards alignment, each physiologic function has potential for more optimal, efficient execution. This not only includes the health ailment(s) you're focused on deeply at this moment, but every other bit on your structure presenting as a potential issue.
Whether unwinding a moment or a lifetime, each Series is a progression. Our experiences thread through and within our fascia. Each Opening, Deep, and Integration phases are unique as structures are, paced to consider client schedules, severity of discomfort, and intentions.
